The delivery service available through this website is express shipping.
Orders are shipped only through courier and logistics providers selected or approved by IQBAL KHAN LTD. Customers may not arrange collection or delivery through an unauthorized third-party shipping company unless agreed in writing in advance.

Return Shipping Costs
For customer-requested returns, the return shipping cost is calculated at €5 per kilogram.
Packages weighing less than 1 kilogram will be calculated as 1 kilogram.
When a return is caused by a defective, damaged or incorrect product supplied by us, the return shipping cost may be covered or reimbursed after the issue has been verified.

Order Processing and Delivery Time

Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and New Year holidays are not included in the processing period.
Remote locations, islands and areas with limited courier access may require additional processing or delivery time.
