Return and Refund Policy
Return and Refund Period
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
Refund processing times:
- Cash on Delivery payments: Within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned product
- Credit card payments: Within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned product
Customers are responsible only for the cost of returning the product unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect due to an error by our store.
Shipping Policy
We provide free worldwide shipping.
All standard shipping costs are covered by the seller, and customers are not required to pay standard delivery fees.
Taxes and Additional Charges
No additional shipping fees will be charged.
Where taxes, customs duties or other legally required charges apply, they will be handled according to the laws and regulations of the destination country.
Return Conditions
After contacting us, the returned product must be shipped within 7 days.
We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address after reviewing the return request.
Returned products must:
- Be returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Be unused unless the return concerns a confirmed defect
- Be packaged securely to avoid damage during transportation
- Be sent using a traceable shipping method
- Include the customer’s order details
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products may not be eligible for return or exchange:
- Products for which the return request was submitted more than 7 days after delivery
- Products that have been used, altered or damaged by the customer
- Products with missing packaging, parts or accessories
- Products damaged during return transportation because of insufficient packaging
- Products returned by a person other than the original customer without valid order information

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
When a product is defective, damaged during delivery or different from the product ordered due to an error by our store, we will:
- Replace the product where replacement stock is available, or
- Issue a refund where replacement is not possible
Customers should provide photographs or other reasonable evidence showing the problem when submitting the request.
Return Procedure
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product and provide:
- Full name
- Delivery address
- Telephone number, where available
- Email address
- Product name
- Reason for return or exchange
- Order number
- Photographs or videos of the problem, where applicable
The order number can be found in the order-confirmation email.
After reviewing the request, our customer-support team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Do not send a product back before receiving our return instructions.
Returned products should be sent using a traceable shipping service. Customers should keep the shipping receipt and tracking number until the return has been completed.
Products must be packaged carefully. Fragile products should be clearly marked and adequately protected.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify the customer and process the approved replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns requested by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
When the return is caused by a defective, damaged or incorrect product supplied by our store, reasonable return shipping costs may be covered or reimbursed by the Company after confirmation.
Customer-Requested Changes
After an order has been confirmed, we may not be able to change:
- Product model
- Size
- Colour
- Quantity
- Delivery address
- Payment method
To request a different product after delivery, the customer may need to return the original product and place a new order.
Order Cancellation
Order preparation may begin immediately after the order confirmation is issued.
For this reason, an order may not be cancelled or modified after processing or shipment preparation has started.
Where cancellation is no longer possible, the customer may request a return after receiving the product, subject to this Return and Refund Policy.
Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made when the product is delivered.
Customers must ensure that:
- The recipient is available at the delivery address
- The delivery details are correct
- The required payment amount is available
- Any difference between the billing address and delivery address is confirmed in advance
If delivery fails because the customer refuses the package, provides an incorrect address or is repeatedly unavailable, additional delivery or return costs may apply where permitted by law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refund processing may take up to 7 days after inspection.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the customer may be required to provide suitable refund-payment information.
Original shipping upgrades or optional delivery charges may not be refundable unless the return was caused by an error by our store.
